Section 1. Shipping cost
Your order may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the destination country. These charges are not included in the total amount.
Customs duty and other taxes may be levied when the shipment reaches your country. If applicable, please pay those costs directly to the delivery agents or the customs office. Policies on those taxes vary in each country.
If you refuse to pay any of the above duties, VAT, etc., your package will be returned to Japan, but you will be responsible for payment of any costs incurred in the delivery.
Before you pick up your package, please track your package on the shipping company’s website.
Your package may be delivered while you are away and taken back to the shipping company. If your parcel passes the storage period, it will be returned to Japan.
In this case, we will resend the package to you again at your expense.

We do not generally accept any liability to Users or Purchasers for any damage arising from their use of the Basic Service, nor do We assume any obligation to compensate any Users or Purchasers for such damage.
